Project scope
This was a five-person academic team project completed in April 2024. I served as team leader, assigned research responsibilities, monitored progress and reviewed the quality of the combined submission.
Research structure
- Established the company's background and development history
- Framed the analysis within Singapore's real-estate industry
- Selected relevant competitors for comparison
- Reviewed five years of financial ratios to compare operating and financial characteristics
- Coordinated separate research sections into one consistent team deliverable
What I contributed
My role was not limited to dividing tasks. I needed to make the sections answer the same question, use compatible time periods and avoid contradictory definitions. The project therefore combined financial reading with research design, team coordination and presentation quality control.
Evidence boundary
The original report, spreadsheet model and presentation have not been found in the current archive. The verified source is my 2024 resume, which records the team size, leadership role and research scope. This page therefore does not publish a target price, DCF result, investment recommendation or any numerical valuation conclusion that cannot be checked against the original files.
If the source materials are recovered, the next step will be to document the data cut-off date, peer-selection logic, ratio definitions, assumptions, sensitivity analysis and final presentation with citations.
